i think you misunderstood Corn. you dont have to be Demo mainspec, but make one of your specs Demo incase we are in need of Demo specc during raiding.

Well, i m not sure i want to respec in Demonology, cause i dont realy like Demo locks and love my Destro ;P. I could think about it if u have told me to respec in Affli (as pve cause my affli tree is for pvp atm, even if i dont play pvp that much anymore).
Gear:
Head: the gem needs to be changed indeed, but i want only 3 frosts to take the head from the set, so the gem comes after my new fancy head .
Neck: i do need the gem u mentioned.
Wrist: even if i m an enchanter myshelf, i always forget to use my new enchants, at my old(and old enchanted ) items, so thanks for reminding me that .
As for the rest and the 23SP gems that u suggest, i use the hybrids with the spirit cause fel armor+glyph of life tap=SP, and with these + the trinket which stacks (we have the same ), i have 3550 SP (i have ~2600 unbuffed). I saw that yours is 2987 unbuffed, what's ur SP with all these open? Don't misunderstand me, im just asking, so i can see if its better to take the SP directly and not via spirit. U see i m buildin this lock myself and i never had the chance to exchange opinios with other locks.

Last but not least, the trinket suggestion. Well the hit rate cap for the casters, if my infos are correct and my DRdmg addon works correctly, is 446=17%. I have 500 and yes i am overcapped but not that much, cause its safe to reduse my HR by 54. The trinket i use gives me 100+ HR, if i replace it i ll lose the cap, which i prefer from the critical that the Nevermelting Ice trinket ( which i also have and i used before ) gives me. I really need to reduse my HR, but i m still tryin to find a way to get rid of it....well..do u want some? cause i saw that u have 345=13% and you re not using the  supression talent (3% chance to hit). Do u gain ur missing HR from somewhere else? Check this link, http://be.imba.hu/ , and u ll see that u need 101 HR to cap. This is the way i also learned about the huge HR number that is recuired for the casters !!!!!

Initially this was going to be a decline, but we do infact need another lock.

So, do the following and you'll get an invite:

Make one of your specs Demonology, with THIS SPEC. Once you have done that, make sure your offspec is using a Life Tap glyph, this makes it much easier to choose gear due to the Spell Power rewards from Spirit being equal.

Let me know if you will keep Destro or change to Affliction as your other spec, because both of them need changed.

Gear:
Head - Meta gem is always Chaotic Skyflare Diamond, yellow socket is 12SP+10Haste.
Neck - gem is 12SP+10Haste.
Waist - prismatic socket is always 23SP.
Legs + Staff - When you have two blue sockets, use two 23SP gems.
Boots - 23SP gem in red socket.
Wrist - enchant should be 30SP.

Do this and you are in.

Once you are in, you need to get 4 tier10 pieces as soon as possible, and your hit rating is currently far too high, so go into POS hc and get Nevermelting Ice Crystal from the last boss as soon as you can.

so for the glyphe i take 10% crit in aimed shot so when i do dps i play whith 70%crit in aim shot!the improve arcane shot give 15% dmg is to much!the silence shot is the next i try!i always make my tree by myself!i here your advice i try silence and i change the gem!thanks!

Looking over your talents at the moment.. and something is just screaming at me, your glyphs.. trueshot aura? you'd get more of a dps boost from using serpent sting there..

You're talented for arcane shot, and that I don't understand.. You've also left out silencing shot, and I certainly don't understand that one either, if your willing to explain why you chose to talent that way, I'm willing to listen, but for dps purposes, well.. I'm at a loss, enlighten me please.

Your gear is decent, I'd suggest using a +10 stats gem.. Nightmare Tear, so your metagem becomes active.

Hey! Was gonna awnser this from work but i got sick of trying to write with my iphone with these sausage fingers Everything seems ok with spec/gear, tho the haste/mp5 gems raised bit eyebrows. Also you should fill those minor glypths at some point, but like the name its just a minor thing Application approved!

You can whisper any officer or classleader from explicit for an invite. Remember to answer all your calender invitations as accepted or declined. Set mumble up before you get invited to your first raid, and make sure you have all of the required addons!
